I am having so much fun and am in the best part of my life!
I am a visual artist and a relaxation & body work artist.

I sculpt, I design, I paint with sounds, I allow my creative imagination into my real world. I take care of my heart, my mind, my emotions, my body, and my spirits. I eat a lot of fruit.

I built my house with my family, and my own two hands; I have traveled to 10 countries; I've taught English abroad and can speak a few languages; I am a competitive athlete and an adventurer; I run competitively, skate, skateboard, surf, dance, sing, write music, and am new to being a triathlete. 
I care for my local community, and I care for the those around the world. My goal is to reduce suffering within me, share what I know with you, and walk together into a better reality. Particularly a joyous one, or at least one with less resistance of self, more self compassion, more authenticity. More plants and more mutually beneficial relations.

My education is expanding, my resiliency is expanding, and my family is expanding.

Supporting my business supports the wellbeing of a lot of people, critters, and positive paradigms.

If you pour into me I will pour back into you, into the local organic farms, into my artistry and messages, my wellbeing, and the community's wellbeing.
I've studied plant medicine since i was a little girl,
and I love being able to serve my love of earth, PNW herbal medicines and self care to you.
